Willed so by the Supreme Being, I forthwith proclaim the virtual state of New Pangea, opened on February 14, 1996 and establish this day, May 3, 1998, the culture of the People of Paradise. by the heart and hand of Maitreya, the faithful and powerful friend of all.....................this day.
For citizenship, open here to Pangea. The first web convention of this virtual world will be held. The currency of New Pangea is the "Throb" and is minted in the heart mind of Maitreya, and may only be obtained through virtuous acts of kindness, generosity, and nobility. Tales of Virtuosity shall be read by the citizens of New Pangea and awards of the throb bestowed over the web, where they can be down-loaded and printed in your own home by a compact disc machine, and are real currency wherever they are recognized. According to the Law of the Transposition of the Worlds, One Throb shall equal ten U.S. dollars, and the Throb value shall fluctuate with the value of the Dollar, on whose strength we all depend. All citizens of New Pangea shall be royal heirs and shall be paid benefits on all earnings generated and collected annually.
New Pangea is governed by the Law of the Heart, which is without boundary. There shall never be anything taxing in New Pangea, only that which promotes freedom. Polyandry, polygamy, monogamy, and any and all other lifestyles not yet imagined are within the Law of the Heart and may be practiced, providing all wives and husbands reach an agreement as to the nature of their marriage in advance to the Ceremony of Union, and sign a clear contract as to the purpose and distribution of wealth generated, inherited, or accumulated by the union. The Pangea Council on Union shall provide sample contracts and maintain an archive of contracts. In the absence of a signed contract, the Law of the Heart shall rule and no one shall ever be left out, even when there is a reason, for reason is powerless in the face of love.
There shall be no patriarchal line nor matriarchal line, but free individuals engaged in domestic partnering arrangements, naming themselves and their offspring as they please.
All practices which separate people are the way of the past, and are not adhered to by the People of Paradise. New Pangea takes as it's foundation the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations.
The New Alexandrian Library of Pangea shall provide access to all knowledge available to the human race.
The School of Liberation shall provide virtual and physical courses so that all it's citizens receive training in the development of the Body of Light, including the necessary transmissions to enable each and every one to live the Six Precepts of Enlightenment. The School shall present the Formula of Immortality, and shall give two years notice of the time and place of the transmission.
The trinity of New Pangea is John Lennon, Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis Presley. The guardian of virtue is Yale Wexler, who gave me the key and unlocked the door for each and every One.
