Meet Maitreya, a modern adept of Sufi way, “I came this way today to play the drunkard’s flute in the hall of fools and drink the wine of dew drop nectar which I find in the cracks in time.
A fairy they say I am, insane, not normal, not grounded… but, I just say that I am unbound. The most beautiful woman in the world, even, but I say, Unfettered… no not tame. Undomesticated yes I am.
Wild as the undergrowth of the mountain, tangled dark
and sweet.
Invisible, a healer,
I live upside down, and do what no one else would think of doing.
Live for love. I live for love. Live for love. I give everything away each day, so that I can just live for love.
I have a voice from Istanbul and sing lullabies for angels at dawn. I make no sense to sleepy people. I make no sense at all. I came here to draw my bow and open a gate that has been closed for a long long time.
